I toasted my CR10S updating the motherboard and got the TH3D EZBoard replacement. My concern was I don't have time to "tinker" with it but Tim walked me through every step. It's more straight forward than I though but he always was happy to give advice. I'd order from them again.

Bought 2 k1 max upgraded fans online. Tim was awesome! The shipping took a little too long though. With Tim’s help they got my package moving again. The customer service was good. Dealing with Tim was great. He didn’t need to, but he did go out of his way to make sure I got my order. Thank you Tim again! Will order from you guys again soon

Amazing and smooth experience all around. Easy to locate. Fast response and faster turnaround. Great pricing even on small pieces. Saved me hundreds in value. My personal experience is i sent in a request for 2 shelves by noon and had a turnaround same-day. To note this was quoted at 1 business day, however they were courteous enough to get it to me same-day. Will be back in the future for more needs. 👏

I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Tim and Jordan at TH3D! As a new designer I was very dependent on their expertise to create some 3D prototypes. Jordan actually served more as a collaborator by consistently offering me excellent advice on design structure and printing materials that best served my intended use. TH3D Studio is my go to for printing needs in the future as well as I explore web hosting with them. 5 STARS!!!

Tough Panel V2 Door Cracked Tim, there is nothing in the support ticket that proves anything other than you just blame the customer vs accepting responsibility for the defective product. You keep blaming the customer when YOUR install instruction was followed exactly. I also find it interesting that you blame over torque for the problem but then give no torque spec in your install instruction. Then when that was obviously false, you switch in your support ticket to blaming a glued strip that wasn't even on the hinge. The desperation to blame pretty much anything is apparent. The lie about inspecting the product before shipment is obvious also because the paper covers each side. It really did not have to come to this, but the level of incompetence is surprising. For something that's sold with videos of you slamming the K1 doors shut and open and claims of being unbreakable, this sure went wrong in a hurry. Tim will block you when you catch him in fibbing in his support tickets. I would spend money elsewhere. Lucky I only got taken for a small amount, under 40 USD.
